Space Requirements:
Space required for full and proper set-up of units is as follows:

Basic Jumpers – 15 ft. x 15 ft. x 16 ft. high
4-in-1 Combos – 23 ft. x 23 ft. x 20 ft. high
Water-slide – 40 ft. length x 20 ft width x 18 ft. height

You must have at least a 4-foot clearance leading to the set-up location,

The set-up location must be clean, and cleared of all pet poop, toys, rocks etc. PRIOR TO  THE  DELIVERY... If the set-up location is not ready when the driver arrives... then the delivery can NOT be made!!!

Please do not water the grass the day of your delivery, and if you have automatic sprinklers ... be sure to turn them off for the day and night of your delivery.

Reservations:
To make a reservation, you must call us at 714-932-3744. All reservations made, will be confirmed with a phone call from ACE JUMPERS approximately 2-4 days prior to the reserved date. Reservations are taken 7 days a week. Deliveries are available daily, including same day delivery (In some areas).

Payments:
Payment is due and payable in full at the time of the delivery, we accept Cash On Delivery, or credit card payment only.   Checks are only accepted from schools, churches, city events, local businesses and non-profit organizations and must be authorized by Ace Jumpers in advance.  *** Please note*** If you pay with a credit card and cancel then there will be a $2.00 processing fee for each transaction.

Cancellations:
If for any reason you need to cancel your scheduled delivery, please call ACE JUMPERS as soon as you possibly can, as other customers may want to reserve the unit! If you cancel at the time of your delivery, you are liable to a $25.00 drivers fee.

Rain Policy:
If it is raining (or it is potentially going to rain) on the day of your scheduled delivery, ACE JUMPERS may call you to cancel the delivery, or we may call you to confirm if you still want the delivery. Please call us as early as possible if you are canceling due to rain! If the weather is potential for rain and we give you the choice to accept the delivery and you accept the delivery, there will be no refunds or rain-checks given!

Delivery and pick-up times: Most Deliveries are scheduled to be delivered between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon, and most pick-ups are scheduled to be picked up between 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. (Delivery and pick-up times are scheduled at the time your order is placed, and are on a first come first served basis). 

You must be present at the scheduled delivery and pick up times. You will be asked to show a valid I.D. and must be at least 18 years of age to sign for any equipment being rented.
